Having managed large residential portfolios in South Australia and New South Wales has given Kim a great insight into making new occupants who have moved from interstate aware of the Residential Tenancies Act differences from state to state.
Having built a strong customer service background and a great ability to multi-task and develop quick solutions to problems Kim believes that sincerity, attention to detail and taking a genuine interest in her clients’ investment portfolios are the key elements to successful property management.
